Luz was built on a simple conviction: most organizations have the intent to use AI well, but not the infrastructure to do it right. We are a small team of builders and operators who have spent years at the intersection of enterprise software and applied intelligence. We founded Luz to give teams the layer they have been missing — not another chatbot, but a platform for structuring, measuring, and continuously improving how AI gets used across every function and every team.

We are early and intentional. We are working closely with a small number of organizations to refine what great AI enablement looks like in practice — across operations, strategy, sales, and beyond. Our belief is that the organizations that treat AI as a discipline, not a feature, will define the next decade of productivity. Luz exists to help them get there.
