For organizations using Luz, we may also process data that your team inputs into the platform as part of your AI-assisted workflows. This data is processed on your behalf and subject to our Data Processing Agreement.

We use the information we collect to: • Provide, maintain, and improve the Luz platform and services • Process and fulfill your requests, including waitlist registrations and meeting bookings • Send transactional communications such as account confirmations and product updates • Analyze usage patterns to improve platform features and performance • Respond to your comments, questions, and support requests • Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our agreements We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data to train AI models without your explicit consent.
